Preheat oven to 180°c, fan 160°c, gas mark 4.

Lightly grease a baking tin.

Press the cookie dough onto the bottom of the tray, pushing it out to fit the tray.

Mix together the chopped Jumble Bee Tropicals, chocolate pieces, desiccated coconut and macadamia nuts before tipping over the cookie dough and spreading out evenly.

Pour the Sweetened condensed milk over all the dough. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until light brown. Cool in the pan, before cutting into squares.
