Preheat the oven to 200 ºC, 180 ºC fan, gas mark 6
Unroll the puff pastry on a floured work surface. Roll the sheet out so that it is just slightly larger than its original size and cut into 6 or 8 equal sized squares
Spread the jam across each pastry square. Cover with the fruit and nuts, and drizzle with honey.
Brush the edges of the pastry with a little beaten egg, and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with the icing sugar before serving.
